About this opportunity

Lead product design for high-leverage workflows across web and mobile, from first sketch through shipped interaction details.

How you'll contribute

Design scheduling, dispatch, customer, estimate, job, and reporting experiences for busy contractor teams.
Maintain and evolve our design system so the product feels consistent, fast, and trustworthy.
Prototype workflows, gather feedback, and translate field-service complexity into crisp product decisions.
Work closely with engineering to preserve quality through implementation, responsive states, and edge cases.

4+ years designing SaaS, B2B, operations, marketplace, logistics, or productivity software.
Portfolio showing complex workflows, information hierarchy, and polished visual execution.
Strong Figma skills and comfort collaborating directly with engineers.
Excellent writing and communication skills for explaining tradeoffs and product intent.

You do not need HVAC experience, but curiosity about trades and small-business operations matters.
Remote-friendly within the U.S.
