About this opportunity

Lead customers from signed contract to confident launch, helping teams configure Fieldjock around the way they actually work.

How you'll contribute

Run kickoff, discovery, configuration, training, and launch-readiness sessions.
Help customers map services, teams, territories, job types, pricing, and workflows into Fieldjock.
Coordinate with success and product when a customer need requires better tooling or clearer documentation.
Create repeatable onboarding templates that shorten time-to-value without losing customer context.

Qualifications

2+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer operations, project management, or field-service operations.
Excellent organization and ability to keep customers moving through multi-step launches.
Comfort explaining software to non-technical teams with patience and clarity.
Strong written follow-up, meeting notes, and action-item ownership.

Bonus points

Experience with HVAC, home services, dispatch, CRM, or FSM platforms.
Data import, spreadsheet cleanup, or light systems-configuration experience.
Training or enablement background.
