About this opportunity
Build the demand engine for Fieldjock across content, paid, partnerships, lifecycle, and conversion experiments.
How you'll contribute
- Own campaign strategy across SEO, content, paid search/social, email, webinars, and partner channels.
- Turn customer stories, product launches, and field-service insights into high-performing assets.
- Measure funnel performance and continuously improve landing pages, nurture, attribution, and conversion.
- Collaborate with sales and success to sharpen positioning by segment, company size, and buyer pain.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical instincts with comfort owning pipeline, CAC, conversion, and experiment metrics.
- Excellent copywriting and messaging judgment for practical business buyers.
- Bias toward shipping campaigns, learning fast, and improving based on evidence.
Bonus points
- Experience marketing to contractors, trades, SMBs, or local-service businesses.
- HubSpot, analytics, paid media, SEO, or marketing automation depth.
- Ability to create lightweight creative assets or direct contractors/freelancers effectively.
A few notes
- You do not need to have worked in HVAC before.
- We care more about clear thinking and outcomes than perfect channel pedigree.
