About this opportunity
Bring field-service operating expertise into product, onboarding, customer education, and workflow design.
How you'll contribute
- Advise product and success teams on how HVAC companies actually schedule, dispatch, estimate, and close work.
- Join customer calls to diagnose operational gaps and recommend practical Fieldjock workflows.
- Review product flows for real-world fit before and after launch.
- Help create playbooks, templates, and best practices for contractors adopting Fieldjock.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in HVAC, home services, dispatch, service management, operations management, or a similar field-service role.
- Deep understanding of technician scheduling, customer communication, service agreements, and job profitability.
- Clear communicator who can translate operational experience into product and customer guidance.
- Comfort working in a startup environment where priorities move quickly.
Bonus points
- Experience implementing or administering field-service software.
- Background training dispatchers, service managers, technicians, or owners.
- Exposure to reporting, KPI tracking, or process improvement.
A few notes
- You do not need a traditional SaaS background.
- Practical trades experience is the core qualification.
