Customer Success Manager

You will be the connective tissue between customers, product, and implementation.

About this opportunity

Own onboarding, training, adoption, and long-term value for HVAC companies moving critical operations into Fieldjock.

How you'll contribute

  • Guide new customers through setup, data migration planning, launch readiness, and team training.
  • Run regular check-ins that turn customer goals into clear adoption plans.
  • Surface product feedback with context, urgency, and examples from real workflows.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for onboarding, renewals, expansions, and customer health.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in customer success, implementation, account management, operations, or SaaS support.
  • Strong comfort leading customer calls, training groups, and navigating change management.
  • Organized follow-through and the ability to manage many active accounts without losing detail.
  • Clear writing, calm problem-solving, and empathy for busy small-business operators.

Bonus points

  • HVAC, home services, construction, logistics, or field-service software experience.
  • Experience building help content, onboarding programs, or customer health systems.
  • Comfort with light data analysis and CRM workflows.

  • You do not need to be technical, but you should enjoy learning how the product works.
  • We value practical customer judgment as much as SaaS playbook experience.
