About this opportunity

Design and ship AI-powered workflows that help contractors summarize work, draft customer communication, surface risks, and automate repetitive operations.

How you'll contribute

Build AI features across chat, workflow automation, customer communication, and operational recommendations.
Create reliable prompt, retrieval, evaluation, and guardrail patterns for domain-specific contractor data.
Partner with product and engineering to turn prototypes into stable production features.
Dogfood AI coding and product tools while keeping privacy, trust, and explainability front and center.

Qualifications

4+ years building production software with TypeScript, React, Node, serverless, or similar modern stacks.
Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs, agents, retrieval, structured outputs, or AI-assisted workflows.
Strong product judgment around when automation helps and when humans need control.
Comfort with fast iteration, evaluation, and observability for probabilistic systems.

Bonus points

Supabase, Postgres, edge functions, queueing, or workflow engine experience.
Experience with customer-support, operations, field-service, or B2B AI products.
Security/privacy mindset for sensitive customer and business data.
